1. Orders placed on shop.thebeautylaboratory.com.my cannot be cancelled nor exchanged once order has been confirmed. Please review your cart before completing the order.
2. All private sale online orders will not be eligible for exchange or return. Products purchased online and returned in store will not be entertained.
3. Merchandise sold in shop.thebeautylaboratory.com.my includes manufacturer’s overruns, seasonal items, retailers’ overstocks, packaging changes, special sized products, closed to expiry date and discontinued items. All merchandises are sold on as “As Is” basis and not allowed for exchange or returns based on all statements listed above. 
4. The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion may result in the violation of our Terms & Conditions. 
5. We reserve the right to limit quantities on individual items and total amounts purchased.
6. All Products shown on the Site are subject to availability. This means that, although we strive to ensure our Site reflects the availability of stock, a Product shown on the Website may no longer be available for purchase. 
7. Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. The Beauty Laboratory Online is not liable for these variations and deviations. No rights can be derived from typing errors, product descriptions or manifest errors on the Site.
8. In circumstance of conflicting purchases leading to stocks insufficiency, The Beauty Laboratory Online has the right to forfeit any customer of the purchase. Beauty Laboratory Online will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.
9. Beauty Laboratory Online reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
10. We reserve the right to terminate and amend any privilege details and above conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.

Accuracy of Information

1. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2. Only damaged (outside packaging box not included) and wrongly delivered items will be accepted.
3. Customer is required to report the damaged or wrong delivered items within 24 hours upon receipt.
4. Photo of the items and receipt should be emailed to labcc@customercare.com.my
5. Once verified Beauty Laboratory Online will contact customer on return procedure.
6. The customer will receive a delivery notice of the replacement item within the 7 working days.
7. Product(s) must be returned in its original condition and all gifts that came along with the purchase must also be returned unopened.
8. Please note that the exchange refer to purchase made at shop.thebeautylaboratory.com.my ONLY and exchange of online purchases cannot be done at any boutiques or counters.
9. No points are awarded to any memberships with purchase of any items on The Beauty Laboratory Online.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

• Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays).
• Orders placed after 2.00pm will be considered next business day order.
• Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

1. You may sign in to view your order status and purchase history in your account OR you can reach out to us for status updates via email labcc@customercare.com.my (Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm). Alternatively, customers can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.

CHANGES IN DELIVERY DETAILS

For security and fraud prevention purpose, we do not allow change of address once an order is confirmed and captured. Kindly cancel the order before the order is processed and proceed to make a new order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will delivery for second attempt. If both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt), the order will be cancelled.

The Beauty Laboratory Online ships all orders from Selangor. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
